With Recognition Express the support is ongoing. We have 3 Regional Meetings per year, an annual New Owner's Meeting, weekly newsletters, monthly marketing bulletins, monthly communication on products, regular visits for business planning and a bi-annual Company Conference. Plus, our centrally located headquarters are easily accessible from all parts of the country, with excellent motorway connections.
Not only do we keep in touch with you,but we also keep in touch with the evolving needs of each Franchise Owner. We operate, and have always operated, a franchise of our own to keep us informed of developments in the field. This too is an essential tool for research into new technology, techniques and products.
Extra help
We are a marketing- led company with many years of experience in franchising. We employ a marketing agency to help us stand apart in all our communication activities, as well as our own marketing manager. In addition, our Franchise Advisory Council (FAC), consisting of four elected Franchise Owners, meets with us four times per year to advise on corporate strategy, business development and to help review progress.
Sourcing and Development
We continually invest in R&D and new product development and are constantly on the lookout for new products and innovations. We negotiate to get the best bulk purchase rates with suppliers around the world and stock over £250,000 of products ourselves to ensure speedy response and stock availability.
Support team
Our Support Team have over 40 years combined franchising experience and are always on hand to provide help and advice. They provide input and guidance on issues from sourcing, production, sales, marketing and training. You can also find extra help at our regular meetings and conferences, where you can share news and ideas with other Franchise Owners.
